May 5th, 2026 Glacier Update (Spring Wk 5)

Happy Tuesday! 

This Week and Next: 

This week we have our second round of our KICK TEST SET.  Monday/Tuesday, Gold and Seniors have their go at it, while Thursday will be Bronze and Silver’s turn.

We will be repeating this set every month through the summer to gauge how we are progressing. There will be other test sets along the way with results being sent out as they occur. 

Next week we prepare for Bozeman, a foray into the long course competition. I’ve extended the deadline until Saturday. Racing in long course is a unique and important experience for our swimmers. With so few chances to race in that format, it is vital to take all the opportunities that come our way.

Our Mother’s Day Bake Sale is at the end of this week. Please be sure to check it out to get some volunteer hours checked off.

Upcoming Events

Bozeman May Classic event selection is live. Reach out to your coaches if you have questions on what events your swimmers should be signing up for.

Our last home meet of the season, the Glacier IMX meet is May 30-31st, with setup happening Friday May 29th.  Be sure to sign up to race and to volunteer!
