Happy Tuesday! This Week and Next: This week we have our second round of our KICK TEST SET. Monday/Tuesday, Gold and Seniors have their go at it, while Thursday will be Bronze and Silver’s turn. We will be repeating this set every month through the summer to gauge how we are progressing. There will be other test sets along the way with results being sent out as they occur. HAPPY FRIDAY!!! Below you will find the Summer 2026 Practice Schedule for June 15th-July 31st, practices will extend to August 20th with the schedule pending. There are no Friday practices on June 26th for the MAC Firecracker or July 24th for Montana State Champs. As the lakes warm up, keep on the lookout for afternoon lake swims around the valley on Wednesdays and Fridays. Gold and Senior groups will have the opportunity to attend co-opt 50m long course practices with MAC at Splash Montana multiple Saturdays in June and July....

Happy Tuesday! This Week: We are getting back into the groove of technique work, strong kicking, and focused fundamentals. Be sure your swimmer has a water bottle every practice and is well prepared for when they get to the pool. Please ensure your non-driving athlete is at practice 10 minutes before the start of training so they can gather their equipment, hang out with friends, and get ready to hop in before training starts.
